Appointment Cancellation Policy

Vytal Health is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. To cancel your appointment, you can email us at hello@VytalHealth.com, call us at (855) 998-4900, or message your care coordinator within the Vytal Health patient portal. If prior notification is not given and you are a new patient, you will be charged $150 for your missed appointment, and our Happiness Guarantee does not apply. If you are a member or have a package, we will deduct the scheduled duration of your appointment from your annual total time.

 

Membership & Package Cancellation Policy

If you have a Vytal Health membership, you will be refunded less the cost of the consultations you completed under your membership. Our prorated fees are listed below.

If you sign up for the Health Reset Program and change your mind within 24 hours, you will be refunded in full.

If you sign up for the Health Reset Program and cancel 24 hours after you sign up but before you are seen for your initial consultation, you will be refunded in full less a $150 service fee.

If you sign up for the Health Reset Program and cancel after your initial consultation, you will receive a full refund as part of our Happiness Guarantee.

Our fees:

$400 per 60-minute physician visit; $200 per 30-minute physician visit

$250 per 60-minute nutritionist visit; $125 per 30-minute nutritionist visit

$150 per 60-minute health coach visit; $75 per 30-minute health coach visit
